I have over 8 years of experience in design and, for the last 5 years, I have focused on UX, UI, and Product Design, working on B2C, B2B, and primarily SaaS products.
My work begins by understanding user flows, interfaces, and behaviors, identifying usability issues, and transforming those insights into practical improvements that balance user needs and business objectives.
Throughout the projects, I work with research, ideation, and prototyping, collaborating closely with product and development teams to evolve solutions, as well as contributing to Design Systems, accessibility, and scalability of the products.
In my daily work, I use tools like Figma, Notion, Miro, Hotjar, and AI to support research, organize ideas, and accelerate the exploration of solutions.
